Millennium Compliance Services Inc. provides Third Party Test Administrator services and Drug and Alcohol Testing to industry. In association with The Rose Nursing Care Inc. we have been providing Occupational Health Services since 1987. Our clients include owner/operators, mid-sized trucking firms, and large international carriers. Our non-DOT clients include manufacturing and service companies.

These offices also serve as collection sites for our customers. Our staff in these offices are all trained as certified breath and drug technicians for the US DOT program.
