Independent Representation: 

• You can work with us together as one seller or we can represent you separately, if that is more comfortable.  This has been extremely helpful for our clients when one party worries that they could be "railroaded" by their former partner. 
• We can discuss terms and deals on your behalf so that you do not need to speak or see one another if that is preferrable. 
• We can also partner with other REALTORS from other Brokerages, if that is preferrable.

We have dealt with many Relationship Dissolution and Disvorce situations over the years and every situation is different.  One common thread is that it is always emotionally charged and it is always harder than people think it's going to be; regardles of how amicable it may be. Staging Services:  To ensure that there isn't an issue with showing the home to it's best, we can prepare and stage your home for sale with our own items.  Sadly, sometimes decisions can be made regardless of them not being in the best interest of both parties.  We don't want that to happen.  

"I heard of Kendra and Millennium Group through a Divorce Care Support Group when my wife left me.  My friend, Amanda, highly recommended their services as they'd just sold her home and had successfully dealt with her violent and difficult husband in order to complete the deal for her.  I called her a few weeks before I was planning to sell and Kendra came by and recommended a few fix-ups I could do and gave me some staging suggestions.  So repairs are done, pictures taken, and one day before the house hits the market I come home from work to find that my ex had dropped by with her new boyfriend and a U-Haul and had cleared out everything but my dingy, ripped-up couch in the basement and the Christmas Tree that she left in the shower.  My ex apparently didn't care what it cost her (as she was living with a new man anyway) but wanted to "stick it" to me!  She didn't care what the home sold for and hoped we would get a low price.  As if all this wasn't humiliating enough.  I called Kendra that night and she told me it was all going to be ok and the next day had new furniture delivered, new photographs and my home was listed only three days later than planned but looked amazing and I got a great price!
